Blood Pressure Screenings
Tuesday, June 26, and Thursdays, June 7, 14, 21 and 28, from 9 to 11 a.m. on the second floor of the Loder Building, Analomink Street, East Stroudsburg. Blood pressure screenings are provided by: Allen Lear Home Care, Bright Star Healthcare, Caregivers America, Gentiva Health Services, and VNA/Hospice of Monroe County.
Other blood pressure sites 10 to 11 a.m.:
Barrett Senior Center — first Monday.
Pocono Pines Senior Center — second Tuesday.
Chestnuthill Senior Center — second Wednesday.
Caregiver’s Support Group
Wednesday, June 6, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on the first floor of the Loder Building. Sponsored in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Association, this is an opportunity to get support from trained facilitators and to share your experiences with other caregivers.
