You’ll Hardly Believe How Quickly You Shed Excess…

Often clients think they have heard wrong when they learn you can lose half to one pound of excess weight a day following the HCG diet.  “A week you mean?” they ask Kelly Nolan, Clinic Director of Avita Integrative Health and Restoration Clinic in Brampton.  “No, per day, if you follow the diet correctly,” advises Kelly.
